Leonard Allen brings a distinguished career of 39 years in the Army Nurse Corps, retiring as a Major, to his role at Love Capital Partners. His leadership extends beyond his military service, with experience as a College of Nursing Instructor and as an Ordained Minister. Leonard’s exceptional ability to manage complex operations is exemplified by his oversight of multimillion-dollar projects for the Army’s Regional Health Command Central, coordinating operations across six hospitals in four states.
